Wireless Assest Monitoring System

Wireless Assest Monitoring System

WAM
Wireless Asset Monitoring (WAM) system supports a wide variety of analog inputs and can be used as a long term condition monitoring as well as trouble-shooting solution. The WAM field module (node) is capable of transmitting data (with frequency range near DC to 20 kHz) acquired through 6-35 vibration channels (depending upon model) simultaneously, wirelessly to base station PC 24/7. WAM can also acquire and transmit wirelessly, tach data and other analog data (temperature, speed, pressure, strain, etc) with frequency range 4-20ma (acquired through proximity probes) to maintenance department PC. WAM communicates back to the base station via a long range spread spectrum 900 MHz radio (optional higher speeds available). Data continuously gathered by the WAM is wirelessly transferred to, and managed by MAARS Inc’s field hardened Pathfinder Software Suite in real time. The Pathfinder software resides in the customer’s Maintenance Department PC.
